In The Market

When someone tells you, you’re doing a better job of explaining a product than the actual creator of the product, you know you’re doing something right! Kudos to the Sales and Marketing Department’s training and professional development team, who recently did a demonstration of Buzz and knocked it out of the park so far that the potential client said they did it better than Aglix.

While a lot of people may think Brad Neugart ‘s department is all about sales, there’s a lot more to it. It’s truly a team effort.

As Brad explains, “We take a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and reach out to all our customers on a regular basis to verify things are operating smoothly and ensure their success and happiness with our organization, products, and solutions. We want to maintain this proactive approach and limit the reactive nature in our client relationships.”

It’s the client services team that makes sure this happens. They are on the front line after the sale, making sure everything runs smoothly for our customers. Their wide array of general knowledge across departments allows them to solve any incoming challenges that arise.

We recently tackled one such challenge that arose when we began to increase our client and sales numbers; it became evident that client implementation was sorely needed. So, our team created a roadmap for us to smoothly transition clients from sales status to active customer status. This new implementation tool is working well.

Meanwhile, our training and PD team keeps producing an amazing amount of strong, consumable content to aid clients, teachers, and our internal staff. It’s all in the name of customer service.

“In sales and marketing, we love collaborating and believe everyone in the organization can make meaningful contributions by bringing great ideas to the table,” Brad said.

Marketing and IT are also collaborating with client services to work through a client-facing knowledge center, a resource that will streamline our customer service efforts and allow us to properly scale as our sales team continues to bring in new customers.

“All of our efforts always are made with an eye toward repeatability, responsiveness, and meeting our standards of excellent customer satisfaction,” Brad told us, “and, without these strong partnerships and spirit of collaboration, it would not be achievable.”
